22280VIC Certificate I in Employment PathwaysCourse Aims:The Certificate I in Employment Pathways is a reaccreditation of the Certificate I in Vocational Preparation and provides a focus on orientation to work options and pathways to further specific vocational education and training. The purpose of this course is to enable learners to develop skills and knowledge to improve their employability and work readiness and to assist them to re-engage with learning. A significant number of learners require a course that re-engages them in vocational learning through the further development of generic and employability skills in order to facilitate a pathway to higher level qualifications. Educational outcomes and pathways may also include direct entry into employment.
